Questions about plans

Is verification limited on Free?
No. Every plan verifies unlimited members, and verified members stay on the register whatever plan you're on.
What counts as a server?
Each server you add to SaveGuild uses one slot on your plan. Joining a server another admin already added doesn't use one of yours. Removing a server frees its slot.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account moves back to Free at the end of the period. Nothing is deleted. If you have more servers than Free covers, your oldest server keeps working fully and the others keep verifying members, with new backups and recoveries paused until you upgrade or remove servers.
Can I recover more than 100 members on Free?
Free recovers up to 100 members per run and Pro up to 1,000. Ultimate brings everyone back at once. You can upgrade just for a recovery and cancel afterwards.
How does VPN blocking work?
When a member verifies, SaveGuild asks an IP-checking service whether the connection is a VPN or proxy. If the service can't answer, the member is let through, so an outage never locks real people out.
Can another admin cover a server?
Yes. A server uses the plan of the admin who added it, and any admin can move it onto their own plan from the server's settings.
